Joanne, "EFF" is probably East Fork Flat Creek. Take Route 36 northwest from Owingsville to Reynoldsville. Then take Route 1325 towards Flemingsburg. Route 1325 traces EFFC from Reynoldsville due north to the Licking River. Jim
