Hello, I'm new to the Bath County list and live across country. Can anyone tell me if the Old Springfield Church is still standing? And the location there in Bath County such as distance from the nearest town or landmark?? My 5th-great grandparents Francis "Frank" HOPKINS and Katherine "Katie" ELLIOTT were reportedly married at this church in February 1800 by Rev. Joseph R. Howe. Is there anyone who lives near this church who has a digital camera or other and would be so kind as to take a photo of this church (if it still exists) and send to me.
