According to my first cousin, Roger who is the only person who has actually NAMED a person for Elbert Walker's second wife.... he seems to think it is PRATT.... but who knows..... here is what we do know... Lula was born about 1880. She married E. W. McKinney about 1905 in Kentucky... probably near Rowan or Bath counties. She died the 12th of April 1907. I have no other information and have found nothing at the Rowan County Courthouse??
