This is a good rule of thumb when looking for your ancestors and their children. Please print it out for future referrence; First son named after Fathers....Father. Second son named after Mothers...Father. Third son named after The FATHER Fourth son named after the fathers oldest Brother First Daughter named after Mothers....Mother Second daughter named after Fathers ...Mother Third daughter named after...MOTHER Fourth daughter named after the Mothers ..Oldest sister. [Hope this will help when trying to locate yours along with another important thing.....the date of birth.
