TERMS OF SALE: 1...Said lands will be sold to the highest bidder on terms of cash oon day of sale or, if the purchaser so elects, on credit terms of 20% of bid price down on day of sale, balance of bid price to be evidenced by bond of purchaser payable to the commissioner,with surety thereon approved by commissioner, said bond to be due in 30 days from day of sale and bear interest from the day os sale until paid at 10% per annum, said bond to remaiin a lien on the land sold and have the force and effect of a judgment. 2...Sellers will pay all taxes on said land for 1989 based upon the January 1, 1989 Assessment. 3....Possession on said land will be given on day of sale. 4....Said tracts 1 and 2 will be sold as one tract as a whole without separation and will further be sold as a boundry and not by the acre and warrantee will not be made, given nor intended as to the exact quantity of land within said boundaries.
