I am looking for a marriage record for Thomas Hendrix and Margaret McGaughey (McGahey). I am assuming they were married in or around Bath Co, not long before 1820. Their first child (Martha) was born 2 Apr 1820. The 1820 census lists Thomas as living in Owingsville Twp, Bath Co., KY. By 1830 They were living in Parke Co., IN. They later moved to Marion Co., IA where they died in the 1870s. Thomas is the son of Jacob and Catherine (Caty) (Thompson) Hendrix. Margaret is the daughter of William and Prepare (Clark) McGaughey. I have much other family info that I am willing to share, but need proof of their marriage (date & place). Cookie Leary Omaha, NE

In 1850 there is a Samuel Heart age 51 born Pa, listed younger wife, Nancy. Is this the same Samuel Hart who married Elizabeth Wells in Bath Co in 1819? Also, who are the parents of Richard Wells (#1369 in 1860 Bath Co census)? We married Julina McWorthy. Thanks Barbara

Hello, all: My only name is David Wilson Bethel, who was a Bath County resident from about 1890-92. I don't know his wife's name; young daughter's name was Mary. Any information, including unflattering publicity, will be extremely welcome. Thank you, Charles Caldemeyer
Hello everyone, I've sadly let my genealogy hobby sit unattended for a while. But I'm still interested. My Bath County, KY names include: KELLEY, REFFITT, STATON, MOORE, SCHULTZ. But I know little about most of them. I found the Joseph Kelley and his wife Nellie Catharine Reffitt nearby in Montgomery CO census, even though all our family records indicate that they lived around Olympia, KY, in Bath Co.
my names are SAPP HUNT DENTON ROSS
