I have an Abigail Irons who is a 5th Great grandmother who married Thomas Kincaid in Montgomery Co. KY, Sep 21, 1802, and had one daughter we know of, Elizabeth Kincaid, born around 1803. This is really all we have been able to dig up so far. Any further information anyone might have will be appreciated. And I have an Agnes Kinkead who md. Adam Hope, b. in 1720s, probably in Chester Co., PA, lived in Washngton Co., VA in the late 1700s to death in early 1800s. Some of their children went on to TN and some to KY. There were several Kinkeads in the same VA area as the Hopes in the 1770s-1780s, sometimes on the same jury, etc., but I haven't been able to establish any connection to Agnes, whose parents were John and Mary (Nixon) Kinkead of Chester Co. PA. I think Kinkead (aka Kincade, Kincaid, etc.) must have been a common name among the many Scots-Irish emigrants of the early 1700s, since there seem to be so many of them. George Pergram son of Enoch Pergram and Peggy Ann Montjoy married Mary A. Warner daughter of Jacob Warner. According to George's Bath county death certificate he was buried in Pergram Cemetery. I am assuming that Mary is buried there also but I do not know. I can not find a death certificate for Mary. Does anyone have a list of Pergram Cemetery to see if she is buried there? I need her date of death. I did not come across this cemetery on my trip to Bath County. Does anyone know where it is located? Is anyone researching the Pergram line? Is there anyone in the Bath County area who can slip by and see if you can find the stone. Thanks, Darrell Descendants of George W. Pergram 1 George W. Darrell, here are (local) directions to the Pergram. Your Mary may be among the unidentified graves. Didn't see her anywhere else, though there are some Mary Warners (none seemed to fit yours, though). You can search more at the Kentucky Historical Society's cemetery site. Of course, they have only the ones that have been read (and are readable.) Good luck!
