I see that there is a record of marriage between John Christy and Amelia J Ashley in either 1875 or 1876. This must be her. Any idea on who Permelia Jane's parents were? I suspect that A.F. Low may have been Annie Lowe who married Joseph Eapmon (also known as Eatman). Annie has been a brick wall for some time.
