    1. [KYBARREN] How many children did John Harbison-Elizabeth Bybee have?
    2. Joan & Bob
    3. Does anyone have a complete list of this couple's children? From eveything I've read online the consensus seems to be that they lived in Barren Co. after their marriage in 1818 and had all of their children there. Is this the case? I've only been able to find partial family trees showing their first child born in 1831. This seems unlikely. I'm attempting to ascertain whether John and Elizabeth Harbison had a daughter named Nancy, b. circa 1822. Their son Smith Barlow Harbison, who moved to Madison Co., Arkansas from Illinois, can be found on the 1880 census for Madison Co., Arkansas. Barlow has a young man named Harris Foster in his household whom he lists as a nephew. The simplest explanation is that Harris Foster is the son of one of Barlow's sisters. I know that Harris Foster's mother was named Nancy and claims to have been born in Tennessee about 1822. Is this an error? For the record, Barlow's 1880 census enumeration also says that he was born in Tennessee, despite all of the contrary evidence that he was born in Barren Co., Kentucky. Of related interest, Harris Foster's full name is listed as Harrison Forrester on the 1850 Searcy Co., AR census. I wonder if this could be a corruption of Harbison? Or a census taker's error?
