GLASGOW - Nina Ruth Bushong, 74, Glasgow, died Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at the Barren County Health Care Center. A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Callie Sexton Calhoun. She was a homemaker and a member of the Coral Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include her four children: Brenda Mills of Glasgow, Sharon Forbis and husband Roger of Cave City, Teresa Woodcock and husband Roy Wayne of Glasgow, and Tim Bushong of Nashville; six grandchildren: Keith Mills, Jeremy Forbis, Ashley Forbis, Nathan Woodcock, Taylor Bushong, and Seth Bushong; one great-grandchild: Dalton Mills; one brother: Dallas Calhoun of Louisville; two sisters: Mildred Jessie of Knob Lick and Edna Ferguson of Savoyard; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Richard Earl Bushong and one son-in-law: Pat Mills. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 noon Saturday at the funeral home.
