GLASGOW - Bronvel Ray Wilson, 83, of Glasgow, KY and formerly of Scottsville, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Glasgow Health and Rehab. The Indianapolis, IN native was a retired employee of Dayton-Walther, a self-employed lawn care contractor after his retirement, a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church and attended Oak Street General Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Henry Clifton Wilson and Opal D. West Wilson and husband of the late Jewell Dean Mayhew Wilson. He is survived by 1 son: Pastor Jimmy R. Wilson and wife, Jenny, Glasgow, KY; 2 daughters: Regina Hughes and husband, Pastor David, Scottsville, KY and Sharon Wilson, Bowling Green, KY; 5 grandchildren: Jeremy Wilson and wife, Renea; Justin Wilson ad wife, Gina; Jonathan Wilson, Rachel Hughes and Bethany Hughes; 5 great grandchildren: Hunter, Bryson, Trenton, Hannah an Noah Wilson. He was preceded in death by 1 great granddaughter: Emily Wilson; 3 brothers: Bryant Wilson, Baskel Wilson and Arnold J. Wilson and 1 sister: Joann Wilson. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick and Bro. James Wheeler officiating and burial in Shiloh Cemetery.
