GLASGOW - Charles Junior Boldin 79 of Glasgow [photo]died Saturday, January 4, 2014 at his home. He was born in Tazwell, TN the son of Charlie M. and Zora Miracle Boldin. He was retired from General Motors and was a veteran serving in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Mr. Boldin was a member of Bethel Independent Baptist Church in Glasgow. He is survived by his wife of 31 years Glenna; 2 sons Charles Richard Boldin of Indianapolis, IN and Dennis Vaugn Boldin (Penny) of New Lenox, IL; 4 grandchildren Joseph, James, Shannon and Maegan Boldin; 2 great-grandchildren Adrianna and Kayley Boldin; one sister Geneva Robbins of Middleburg, KY; two brothers J.G. Boldin of Tinley Park, IL and Sewell Boldin of New Tazwell, TN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2pm Wednesday, January 8th at the Bethel Independent Baptist Church with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 3pm until 8pm and Wednesday morning until 12:00 at the A. F. Crow Son Funeral Home and after 1pm Wednesday at the church until time for services.
