CAVE CITY - [Photo]. Mrs. Christola White, 88, Cave City passed away peacefully Friday, March 14, 2014 at NHC Healthcare, Glasgow. She was born October 18, 1925 in Metcalfe County to the late Otis and Opal Irvin Nunn. She was a member of Cave City United Methodist Church, Highland Craft Circle and a lifelong member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed flea markets, antiques, gardening and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her daughter, Terri Hood and her husband Kent; three grandsons, Jacob Hood and wife Stephanie, Nashville, Clay Hood, Los Angeles, Wes Hood, Bowling Green; two great-grandchildren, Faith Parker and John Kevin Hood, Nashville; two brothers, Kenneth Nunn and his wife Jeannie, Louisville, Copley Nunn and wife Betty, Three Springs; two sister, Dottie Ritter, Glasgow, Charlotte Ellis and her husband Al, Crystal River, FL and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Trabue Huffman, her second husband, Terrall White and a son Tony Huffman. Funeral services with Scott Milby officiating will be at 2 PM Monday, March 17, 2014 at the Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City, with burial in Cave City Cemetery.
