CAVE CITY - [photo]/ Helen Bernice "Bea" Johns age 93 of Cave City passed away Saturday June 21, 2014 at her home. She was a native of Hart County. Ms Bea was a devoted mother and homemaker, she retired from working with the adult special needs population in Hart County , later in life she was a avid flower gardener and caterer. She was an active member of the Horse Cave Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John F. and Maude Keith Craddock, her husband, Robert E. Johns, son-in-law Joey Brown and two brothers, Paul H. Craddock and Jack Sullivan. She is survived by two daughters, Sina Carroll and her husband Jim of Cave City and Dana Brown of Cave City , one son, Bobby Johns and his wife Norine of Horse Cave , four grandchildren, Wil Brown of Cave City, Hannah Carroll of Louisville , Callie Beth Brown and fiance Dominic Papia of Helendale CA, Heather Brown Gibbons and her husband Chris of Glasgow, three great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and a sister, Mildred Craddock of Cave City. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday June 24, 2014 in the Chapel of Winn Funeral Home Horse Cave with burial to follow in the Munfordville Cemetery. Visitation at Winn Funeral Home from 12 noon until 8 p.m. on Monday and from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Expressions of Sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to the Shawn and Carla Estes Project Fortify Ministries Inc P O Box 475 Alamo TX 78516 or to any of the following Elementary School Libraries, Cub Run PTO Library Fund, Memorial Elementary PTA Library Fund or the Munfordville Elementary Library Fund.
