GLASGOW - [Photo]. Dorothy Elmore Jones, 76, of Glasgow, died Sunday, April 6, 2014 at the Barren County Health Care Center. She was a daughter of the late George Bryant and Ida Waller Elmore. She is survived by her son and his family: Allen and Amy Page Jones and grandchildren, Ellie and Asa Jones of Eighty Eight, Kentucky; one sister: Beatrice Williams of Temple Hill, Kentucky; one sister-in-law: Maurice Elmore of Glasgow, Kentucky and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Gillis Kilgore Jones and her infant son, George Bryant Jones, one brother: Edward Elmore; four sisters: Gladys Kerney, Margaret Vaughn Eatmon, Ruth Hale and Maureen Chapman. Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M.
