Several of you have written about Betty Jane Gorin-Smith's book on John Hunt Morgan. She isn't my sister, she is a cousin of my daughters but mostly a dear and trusted friend and co-lover of KY history. She was the president of the Jr Historical Society in Taylor Co KY, a former school teacher, is an author and public speaker and really sharp on the Civil War. Message-Id: <200801111229781.SM02220@your-81f40af718.glasgow-ky.com> Her book, Morgan Is Coming, is listed on amazon.com at the following addy: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw/105-4587946-9081258?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=%22Morgan+Is+Coming If the URL doesn't all link, copy and put in the URL line. Now - Amazon doesn't give me a kick back and even Betty Jane won't write me in her will ... there is no monetary gain to me at all. The book is full of photos, maps, battles and names and is the most detailed book I've read on the subject that is a good read as well. You likely can find the book at Barnes & Noble too ... a search for the title will bring the book up.
