I am searching for anyone who is researching or, has an interest in the Harreld, Harrell etc. families who started settling in KY as early as 1775.. Specifically, I am looking for descendants of James Harreld whose son, Robert, settled in KY by 1780 or earlier. Also, I am looking for researchers who have information linking them to Richard Harrell, Harrill etc. of Augusta co., Va. 1750.. Several of his sons moved to Ky about 1780 and settled in Nelson co..
