Texas, an El Paso onion which, for size and beauty, is a wonder. It weighs thirty-nine and a half ounces and was in form and pearly color very much like the silverskin variety. Mr. Eubank wrote us that this was no exception, but was the average size. Some, he says, weigh as high as fifty-six ounces. Everybody that has examined it proclaims it the largest they ever saw."
