Awarded the Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, 5th award American Defense Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal with four bronze service stars, WWII Victory Medal, Army of Occupation Medal with Germany clasp, Korean Service Medal with three bronze service stars, Philippine Liberation Ribbon with two bronze service stars, United Stations Service Medal, Honorable Service Lapel Button WWII, Sharpshooter Badge with Rifle Bar and Marksman Badge with Carbine Bar. Member Mt Scott Masonic Lodge No 540, past member Elks Lodge.
