And to further secure the aforesaid FIRES and SMITH he morgtages unto the said FIERS and SMITH One hundred acres of land lying in Metcalfe Co., KY and on the waters of South Fork of Little Barren River and the same land he presently resides as a homestead and adjoining the Lander S.
