Hiseville - Tony M. McCandless [photo], 63, of Hiseville died Monday, Aug. 8, 2011 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. He was the son of the late Ralph and Bernice Irwin McCandless. He was a cook at Sherry's Restaurant at Hiseville and a member of Antioch Baptist Church. He is survived by one daughter, Lori and husband Albert Thompson of Glasgow; one son, Ralph (Jody) McCandless and wife Michelle of Glasgow; six grandchildren, Allison McCandless, Nigel Britt, Jane Howard, Jerico Howard, Nathaniel McCandless and Matthew McCandless; three brothers, Robert McCandless of Big Meadow, Stanley McCandless of Florida and Rex McCandless of Knob Lick; two sisters, Renetta Bailey of Sulphur Well and Shirley Crawford of Fairdale. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Mitchell and David. Funeral services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in Boston Cemetery.
