Glasgow - Robbie Lee Pitcock [photo], 90, of Glasgow died Friday, July 29, 2011, at the Barren County Healthcare Facility. She was born in Monroe County, a daughter of the late Herman Luther and Betty Geralds. Mrs. Pitcock was a homemaker, an avid quilter and gardner and was a member of the South Green Street Church of Christ. Survivors include 1 daughter Shirley Jean Coffey (Doyle) of Glasgow; 5 sons Darrell Ray Pitcock (Lou) and Glen Davis Pitcock (Judith), both of Glasgow, Carl William Pitcock Jr. (Judie) and David Edward Pitcock (Kaye) both of Monroe County and Louie Dennis Pitcock (Janice) of Bowling Green; 2 sisters Ella Hammer and Mary Taylor, both of Glasgow; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl WIlliam Pitcock Sr., a son William Humble Pitcock, a brother Harlie Geralds and 3 sisters Ruby Wisdom, Esther Walkup and Betty Dunbar. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday August 1, 2011 at A. F. Crow & Son Funeal Home with burial in the Monroe County Memorial Lawn. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday.
