I've been receiving some wonderful guesses, but ... still figuring. Her husband pre-deceased her, he died in 1891. I don't think cremation was a possibility back this far. Why was she living in Muhlenberg Co ... on the outs with her family; a new love at her age? If anyone is on the Butler Co list, would you make a post there - surely someone has come across this before. This is a brick wall I think we'd all like to know the answer to and knock down!!
