GLASGOW - Linda Lee Poynter, 71, of Glasgow, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Willard and Nell Hagan. She was a homemaker and member of Christian Fellowship Church at Horse Cave. She is survived by her hsuband, Floyd Poynter of Glasgow; two sons, Floyd Jr. (Linda) Poynter of Horse Cave and Johnny (Anna) Poynter of Glasgow; one daughter, Judy (Robert) Poynter of Horse Cave; two sisters, Frances Karnes of Center and Ann Blankenship of London; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ricky Lee Poynter; two brothers, Jessie and Bill Hagan and one sister, Marie Mills. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Christian Fellowship Church with burial in Buck HIll Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 p.m. Saturday at the church.
