Researching Joseph Hays m. Jemima Allee in Montgomery co. VA, appeared in Barren Co KY around 1800 with a lot of the Allee siblings. Their daughter Charity Hays m. Pleasant Bybee 1809 in Barren Co. Joseph Hays died in 1816, Jemima Hays is on the 1820 census with the children then disappears, did she die or remarry??? By 1830 Pleasant and Charity had migrated to Putnam County, IN.
