HISEVILLE - Edward Dennis Ross [photo], 62, Hiseville, died Wednesday, 12 Oct 2011, at his residence. A native of Barren County, he was a son of Mary Elizabeth Parrish Ross of Hiseville and the late Edward C. Ross. He was a retired social worker at the Bureau of Social Insurance for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, a farmer, and a member and deacon of the Hiseville Christian Church. IN addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sandy Terry Ross; one son, Eddie Ross and wife Kelley of Hiseville; one daughter, Terri Ward and husband Jeff of Hendersonville, TN; two grandchildren, Campbell and Elaine Ross; two brothers, Mike Ross and David Ross and wife Shirley all of Glasgow; an aunt, Betty Bailey of Glasgow; two sisters-in-law, Mary Ev Atkinson of Hiseville and Marcia Terry and her husband Bill McCauley of Louisville; several nieces and nephews; his life-long friend Donny Bowles and his wife Denise, and his beloved church family at Hiseville Christian Church. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Hiseville Christian Church with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Friday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home and after noon Saturday at the church.
