GLASGOW - Robert Mitchell Jones [photo], 70, of Glasgow, died Monday September 19, 2011 at his residence. Born in Green County the son of the late Robert Lee Jones and the late Gladys Asburn Jones. Mr. JOnes was a retired Machine Operator for SKF Manufacturing of Glasgow, a U. S. Army Veteran and a member of Seven Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife Patricia Gayle Milby Jones of Glasgow, 1 sister Patrician Smith (Allen) of Metcalfe County; two nephews Todd (Angie) Smith & Jason Smith both of Metcalfe County. Several other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. CDT on Friday September 23, 2011 at the Pleasant Ridge Baptist in Green County and burial with Military honors provided by Marion County Veteran Honor guard in the Wilson Cemetery in Green County. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Thursday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home and on Friday from 10 a.m. until time for services at the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Green County.
