"This Indenture witnesseth that Ewell H. EVERETT and WIlliam G. EVERETT of Barren County Kentucky have sold, and by these presents do sell and convey to Malisa WINE, James WINE, Paschal WINE, Martha WINE, and John WINE, widow and heirs of Washington WINE deceased, a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Barren County Kentucky, for the consideration of one hundred and forty eight dollars. The said tract being the same land that was sold to said Everetts to R. BAGBY, and afterwards sold by him &c to Washington OLIVER, and executed their bond for till? bearing date of the 19th March 1829, and being the same which the widow of said Washington Wine deceased now resided and bounded as followeth towit: Beginning at two Post oaks and Black oak, near the corner of WOODS fence thence wit HATCHERS line S70W128 poles to his corner, where he calls for three Black Jacks in David YANCEYS line, thence S34E80 poles to David Yanceys corner, where he calls for three Black Jacks thence S14E29 poles to a Red oak by the side of BROADYS fence, then N45E200 poles to the Beginning containing by computation according to the title bond Twenty four acres more or less. To have and to hold the same forever in the same manner, and extent as if conveyed to said Deceased, and decended [sic] to his said Heirs - and the said Ewell H Everett & William G. Everett, unto the said Widow and Heirs of Washington Wine deceased, will forever warrant and defend the title to be free from them the Said Everetts and their heirs, and from all and every other person or persons whatsoever.
