This paper witnesseth: that Elizabeth A. RICHARDS has this day rented to Frank REYNOLDS a certain tract of 30 acres of land, where said Richards now lives - for the year 1892, and to have possession within 3 weeks from to-day. Said Reynolds agrees to re-set the fence running on the North and East sides, and also agrees to remove the barn from the orchard to near the dwelling, covering and putting same in good repair. Said Richards agrees to furnish boards and timbers, and said Reynolds the nails and work. Said Reynolds also agrees to pay, in addition to the work man named above ten dollars cash in hand. Said Reynolds agrees to take good care of place, and not to destroy or abuse the appurtenances or land, and said Reynolds agrees that said Richards shall have fruit from said premises for her own use.
