Glasgow - Lisa Renee Hutchinson, 42, of Radcliff, died Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at Hospice of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green. Born in Poplar Bluff, Mo., she was the daughter of Myron and Telsie Lutzen of Cedar Springs. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Jason Hutchinson of Radcliff; a son Jacob Hutchinson of Radcliff; two daughters, Samantha Hutchinson of Sierra Vistga, Ariz, and Stephanie Garrett of Park City; a brother, Myron Lutzen, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Glasgow; a sister, Tam Devers (George) of Colonial Beach, Va.; a chosen sister Laurie Dearing (Dewayne) of Smiths Grove; a chosen brother Terry Joe Hennion (Samantha) of Cedar Springs; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Angel Hutchinson. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2011, at Evergreen Cemetery.
