Glasgow - James LeRoy Wilson [photo], 75, of Lucas, died Wednesday June 22, 2011, at the NHC Healthcare Facility in Glasgow surrounded by his family and friends. Born in Barren County he was the fourth of five children of the late Alton Parker "Bill" WIlson and Esca Mae Cook Wilson. He was a retired taxidermist and owned and operated Wilson's Taxidermy. He was an avid outdoorsman and master hunter and fisherman and was a Boone and Crocket and Pope & Young record holder. He was also a veteran serving with the 623rd FA, KY Natl. Guard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Tuttle Wilson. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, June 24, 2011, at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will besgin at 2 p.m. Thursday. Alternate expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
