Hermon Baptist Church in the 1940s and later moved her membership to Oak Grove Baptist Church located near the dairy farm where she lived in the Nobob/Sulphur Lick community. She was a long-time member of WMU and served as a leader for Nobob 4-H Club for several years. She later moved to Glasgow to be near her pride and joy, Alex.
