Notice: W P GIBSON to Elizabeth AUSTIN Mrs. Elizabeth AUSTIN &c. You and each of you are hereby notified, that on Friday, March the 7th 1879 I will meet with the Processioneers and Surveyor of Barren County at my house in Barren County, Ky. and from there proceed to have my land surveyed and processioned said land adjoins each of you. I will, if necessary, take the depositions of witnesses to establish lines and corners of said land and continue from day to day till finished. Where and when each of you may attend if you see proper. February 24th 1879. /s/ W GIBSON. State of Kentucky, Barren County }SCT. We, U. WRIGHT & Geo C YOUNG, two of the processioners and J. M. RENFRO, County Surveyor of Barren County, met on the tract of land in said county and the same that was conveyed to Robt. GIBSON by H. B. KELSEY the deeds such conveyance [sic] is on record in the Clerk's Office of said County Court in Deed Book 6? page 399, on the 7th day of March 1879 - according To notice given by W. P. Gibson and not having time on that day to do any Surveying, we adjourned until the next morning, where we met again and proceed to survey and procession the following lines of said survey: We began at a hickory stump and ran thence S41 1/4W90 poles to a large white oak at letter "A" in the above plat, thence S79E106 poles to a chestnut standing between the old roots of the two white oaks, all the parties recognize this as the corner; thence S32E54 poles and planted a stone at "C"; this line crosses the SAMPLE's survey (shown by the red lines) at 38 poles; thence from the stone at "C" North 62 poles and planted a stone at "D" in the KELSEY line; thence with same N30W130 poles to a white oak and sugartree at fig (#). This line crosses said SAMPLE's survey at 171 /2 poles. The corner at "C" and "D" and the line CD were established and located by running the distance called for in said deed from chestnut and two white oaks at "B" -5 4 poles, and the distance called for (130 poles) from the white oak and sugartree at fig. 3 and the corner and lines were located accordingly. This tract interferes with the "SAMPLES" survey and include about 4 acres of the SAMPLE's survey according to the way the SAMPLE's land was processioned a few years ago.
