Cave City - Helen Maxine Stanley, [photo] 87, of Cave City, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2011 at Hart County Health Care, Horse Cave. The Indiana native was the daughter of the late Alvin Leroy and Stella Cottrell Jewell and the widow of Vaughn Stanley. SHe was a member of the Cave City Church of Christ and a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter, Joyce Self (Gary) of Cave City; a granddaughter, Tiffany D. Self of Louisville; a niece, Marilyn Agee of Florida; two great nieces, Susan Law, and Lori Cunningham; and a great nephew, Layne Agee. Funeral services are at Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 12 with burial in the Cave City Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be after 5 p.m. Saturday.
