"Whereas, there is a misunderstanding between us as to the location of the dividing lines between our respective farms, that is to say, between the tract of land conveyed to Mrs. Ella GILLOCK by J. W. HENDERSON & wife by deed dated Dec. 20, 1902 and the tract of land assigned to J. E. MOORE by Geo. R. DEVASHER wife of recent date and for the purpose of having said boundary lines located, we have this day selected, as arbitrators, to locate said boundary lines, J. F. MUTER, J. S. REDFORD and J. M. RENFRO, and hereby agree and bind ourselves to abide by the decision of said arbitrators and have the decisions of said arbitrators and this agreement recorded. Given under our hands this 27th day of April 1903. /s/ J. E. Moore, Ella Gillock. "We, J. F. Muter, J. S. Redford and J. M. Renfro to whom was submitted the arbitration of locating and establishing the above boundary line between Mrs. Ella Gillock and J. E. Moore met upon said lands this day and preceeded as follows: We commenced at a stake, HUDSON's corner, where Gillock's deed calls for three beeches nothing found standing here, but a beech tree marked for as pointer, the parties being satisfied with this corner we ran thence with all old marked lines N7E131 1/2 poles and set stake for a stone to be planted; the DEVASHER deed calls for 122 poles and the Gillock deed calls for 131 poles we divided the distance and made the line 131 1/2 poles as above stated. The line called for not found; we ran thence N67W64 poles and set state for a stone to be planted. Thence N26E7 poles to a stake set for stone, to be planted ___ called for here not found. Thence N59W45 1/2 poles (call 43 1/4 poles) to a stone on the west side of the branch, thence N19W 1 1/2 poles to a stone near a gate. Said Moore is to have and keep all the new fence recently built - by said Moore that is included on the Gillock side of said boundary as located by us, provided, however, that the said Moore moves said fence off the Gillock side within one month from this date and in the event said Moore fails to move said fence within said time Mrs. Gillock aforesaid is to keep said fence and have the right to move the same and? said Gillock in same time and condition Moore all for fence that is on said Moore's side.
