For those of you who haven't heard already, Rootsweb has a new (bigger, better, and faster) server that just went into operation this morning. The daily outages we've all experienced recently should be a thing of the past! This won't affect our KyAnders List addresses, but it will change the URLs for all the Query and Obituary pages on rootsweb, including those for Anderson County. The new URLs for Anderson: Query Forum: <http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~usgwqury/Ky/Anderson/index.cgi> Obituary page: <http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~usgwqury/Ky/AndersonObits/index.cgi> Where the old Rootsweb URLs started with http://www.rootsweb .... now they'll start with http://cgi.rootsweb.com/ --> just exchange 'cgi' for 'www'. Everything else is staying the same. And please don't forget to change your "Bookmarks", or "Favorites" -- or whatever you particular browser chooses to call the click thing that allows you to come back again!
