KYANDERS-L is archived on RootsWeb as you may already know. The new threaded archive for this group is at http://archiver.rootsweb.com/KYANDERS-L/ Read the message below about the fact that a cookie gets set. I know that many people (including me) are suspicious of cookies, but as you can see, they do serve a purpose. I trust RootsWeb not to misuse them, and am glad they are making every effort to keep the e-mail address harvesters out of the system. The process is invisible to list subsubscribers (except on the very rare occasion when a sneaky one slips through), but RootsWeb already does a bang-up job of intercepting SPAM messages headed for its lists. The old archives are still accessible at http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl?list=KYANDERS Note that the -L is needed for the new archiver, and is omitted from the old one. Replace KYANDERS with other names for the other lists you want to see. Birchell Coslow KYANDERS ListHost > > NEWS AND NOTES FROM ROOTSWEB > > THREADED LIST ARCHIVES ARE NOW AVAILABLE.
