Parmer the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. We Brice E. Murphy and my wife Mary J. Murphy, Susan M. Ritter and my husband William Ritter have this day sold and hereby sell and convey with general warranty unto the said Almeda F. Parmer our entire undivided interests in and to a tract of land lying on the waters of Crooked Creek in Anderson County, Kentucky and bounded as follows......... Containing Sixty-three and 3/4 acres the same more or less and the interest here in conveyed is two (1/3) one third interests in said tract of land which descended to us from our mother Cela Murphy Dec. This conveyance is made subject however to the life ____ of our father Terral L. Murphy. To have and to hold said tract of land with all the app____ _____belonging except as above mentioned interest of Terral L. Murphy unto the said Almeda F. Parmer her heirs and assigened forever.
