It did not appear to me that you got an answer as to the location of the Alton Cemetery. It does not matter where in the US you might be coming from, you can get there easily. From I - 64 between Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky, take exit 48 at the Graefenburg/Lawrenceburg exit toward Lawrenceburg. Travel a few miles until you come to a flashing caution light. On the right will be Covenant Used Cars. Turn left at the light. Go less than 1 mile. The cemetery is located next to the Alton Christian Church at 1686 Old Frankfort Road. Phone number 502-859-5170. They can help you get information about the cemetery. It is well kept and not very large. If you miss the flashing light and find a small grocery store - Smith's Grocery, you have gone too far. Just backtrack a half mile or so and turn right at the flashing light. The people at the store can help with questions also. By the way, Alto! n used to be called Rough and Ready, Kentucky. Alton Station is the name of a road - Highway 512 - that begins at Smith's grocery. A mile or so out, you cross the railroad tracks where the old "Alton Station" used to stand. Hope this helps.
