I haven't run across the name Sophronia Brown either. Do you happen to have any Barnett's in your line? I just discovered them this past week. John Barnett married to (they show Julia/Jalila) but her name is actually Delila Brown, the daughter of Robert Brown and Nancy Clark. Both are buried in the Fairview Christian Church Cemetery in Anderson County, KY. I haven't tracked the children's name yet either. I did send for several death certificates but haven't received them. May get them tomorrow. Do you have any knowledge of the Gordon Funeral Home? I wrote to them some time ago about Elizabeth Gordon Brown, to see if perhaps they were related and had handled her funeral, but of course I didn't receive an answer. Pauline Jdee9137@aol.com
