Would anyone have any knowledge of William Vinson (possibly Vincent) Willoughby, born October 4, 1874 in possibly Allen County and married Evelene 'Angie' Angeline Buchanon? It seems he spent his married life in Warren County. Could his father had been Eli Willoughby, born about 1854 in Kentucky?
