I am searching for two William H.s. One on my father's side and one on my mother's. First is William H. KEELING, who "disappears" around 1838-39. He was born (?) between 1770 and 1780. He was married to Catherine GRUMBLEY in Todd Co. KY in 1830, but had been married somewhere to someone previously. I know that he and Catherine took the family to someplace in Missouri (my great-grandfather was born there), but Catherine and the family were back in Todd Co. for the 1840 census, with no sign of him. He is a major brick wall for me. Second is William ("Willie") H. SERGEANT, who married "Katie" apparently abt. 1894. He apparently was born abt. 1856, and married Mariah Thomas ("Tommie") YANCEY Jan 17, 1878 in Christian Co. KY. Tommie died in January 1892. I can find no record of his second marriage -- just a cryptic "wife of 6 years" in the 1900 census. Also would like to know when/where he died. Janet Keeling Daily
