yes, yes.....I believe that Foley, James W. <1876> Cen KY Russell is my great grandfather.....do you have any info on this man? I am new to this and need some pointing in the right direction. I just can't believe this. The birth certificate I have for my grandmother says that her parents were born in Adair County. Would this be possible to be the same man?
