john bridges married sally edwards in tate co., ms on oct. 13. 1889 in tate county, ms. i do not have his birth date but sally was born circa 1875. her mother josephine [jaseyphine] edwards was married to albert cliftonn prior to marrying william terrell key and sally is the only known offspring. i remember hearing in past family talk that john bridges dad was a law officer of some kind in desoto county-sheriff maybe--you may check desoto co., ms. if you think this is a connection to your bridges. there should be some kind of public record i would think. sorry i do not have more. i have a picture of this bridges family if this is you your line. she was my grandmothers half-sister. ruth
