what do you mean this "appears" to be a hoax?  where do you get this information?  First it is a virus, and now it is not.  how do you know that it is not? I did the same thing......then I found out that this is the opposite of a virus.....they get you to delete the file......WHICH I DID.....and I want to thank blessing@kih.net for sending in the url to replace this file...might save my life as this is my kids computer.
