I thought of that because he has gone by other spellings like Galey, and Galen on documents I have. My aunts and uncle had known him by Galen. On his wife's funreal papers he was mentioned as Galen also. But on his son's birth certificate it was Galey. Weird isn't it? But I found out that the information on his grave marker said Gale. I talked to the wife of the late grandson just today and she said his name was Gale. So there you go> even with family members everyone knew him by a different name. God Bless Pam
