I was just at the library and the archives in R-ville last month,they have a great archives but the lady who usually helps me is really sick(cancer). I went to the library also but I didn't find a whole lot I didn't already know, I'm not real sure exactly where the Spa community is, I know those children grew up in Gordonsville so it may be close to there. I know this is not much help but I've been getting bits and pieces for YEARS. Any thing anyone can tell me will be a big help. I can't help with your families, but I looked up Spa in my book of Kentucky County Maps (a great resource!)
