I also I have from Jefferson County Courthouse, In Kentucky a Marriage Bond saying that Burch RASNER and Omie Pearl BEARX were married on Oct. 31, 1920, so I do not believe that Omie Pearl RASNER / BEARX. (b.Jan 30,1908) was a sister to Louis. My husband surname is SOWARD. There is alot of conflicts information here and I am having a little bit of trouble reading this pile of papers. This all started with the married of John RASNER and Mary Lou GIBBONS It just came to me that Louis RASNER could be a step sister and that Omie married a RASNER also.
