JOHNSON denied having stolen the horse, and warrants of arrest have been issued for the parties who did the shooting. The case will be tried at Hodgenville as soon as the parties are apprehended. Tuesday evening, in a difficulty at Colesburg, nine miles from this place, a young man named Mat. FLORENCE was struck on the head with a rock, thrown by James SPARROW, which may result in death. FLORENCE and SPARROW had been quarreling, and FLORENCE, procuring a pistol, was following his antagonist when the blow was given. FLORENCE is a cripple, having lost a leg in a railroad accident some years since.
