Article Text: Cincinnati, O., July 6.--James GILMORE a receiving clerk in the United States Express office in this city, has skipped to Canada, a defaulter of about $12,000. He was a trusted employee, long in the service of the company, and was accustomed to receive various packages of money marked C. O. D., some of which are missing with him. He disappeared on the Fourth and has not been seen since, though traced toward the Canada borders. He leaves a wife and children living in Dayton, Kentucky, just across the river.
